Plastic Laser Printable Card Formats 1-UP 2-UP 3-UP 6-UP Twin Double Twin
Laser printable membership/identification card documents are a unique combination of materials providing the ultimate solution for desktop laser printers. Specifically manufactured for laser printng, these documents can be fed as single sheets or from your normal paper tray. Laser cards are also available for continuous laser printers. We will custom print all of your general information on cards and carriers and then you just select your fonts, merge from your database and feed through your laser printer for personalization.
Specifications are as follows:
8-1/2 x 10-7/8 and 8-1/2 x 13-7/8 Carrier/Letter Stock: 70# White Cougar Opaque Printing: Blank to 4 color process using laser inks - No neon colors Perforations: Multiple perfs are available, just tell us what you need Card Size: Standard wallet size of 3-3/8 x 2-1/8 with rounded corners Card Stock: 7 mil white plastic, matte/matte finish
Minimum quantities that we can supply are: 1-UP's 2,500 sheets, 2-UP's 2,500 cards/1250 sheets, 3-UP's 2,500 cards/833 sheets and for 6-UP's 3,000 cards/500 sheets.
Product Testing: A printer test is required for all plastic laser card orders even if we have found a specific printer type to be compatible in the past. To see a list of laser printer models we have found to be compatible with our cards please click here.
